Shipping Policy
- Your order will be processed within 48 business hours (Monday -
Friday), unless there is a problem with your order.
- When possible, we ship products using recycled packaging materials.
- An email confirmation will be sent when your order is processed.
- A second email confirmation will follow once your order is shipped with tracking
information.
- Shipping preferences at Checkout include: UPS or standard mail, United States Postal
Service (USPS).
- Our preferred carrier is UPS, as parcels shipped via UPS are automatically insured.
- We ship products within the US, its territories, APO/FPO addresses & Canada.
- Shipping prices are based on weight & destination zip code.
- Shipping promotions apply to Ground shipments within the US only.
*Please Note: As USPS shipments are not automatically insured,
we strongly recommend insuring USPS packages for loss. Nubius Organics is not
responsible for replacing packages lost with USPS. We are sorry for
the inconvenience that a lost parcel may cause, but lost parcel claims should be
directed to USPS. For general assistance or complaints, please contact them at 1-800-ASK-USPS
or www.usps.com.
If you chose UPS as your shipping method,
and you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please contact us at
either 1-888-600-7004 or customerservice@nubiusorganics.com.
UPS packages are automatically insured up to $100. We will re-ship insured orders.
30-Day Return Policy
- If you received a damaged or defective product, please return the product with a
copy of the packing slip to Nubius Organics, 1334 Brommer St, Suite B3, Santa Cruz,
CA, 95062. Please write the reason for the return on the packing slip.
You will receive a refund for the product and shipping return costs to your
credit card, and/or process an exchange if necessary.
- We are committed to providing an exceptional online shopping experience.
If you would like to return your product for any reason other than a defect or damage,
please do so within 30 days of receipt. Simply send the unused product(s), packing
slip included with notes on the reason for the return, to Nubius Organics, 1334
Brommer St, Suite B3, Santa Cruz, CA, 95062.
- Once we receive your returned product in unused condition, we will refund the original
purchase price back to your credit card, or send you an exchange item, as per your
request. As there could be an additional charge for shipping or exchanged product
price difference, we will need to contact you to go over your payment options.
