Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 days. Products are shipped using the most energy efficient methods possible. We use recycled packaging and shipping envelopes vs. boxes where possible (without compromising product safety or course).

U.S. Postal Service shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the shipping destination and weight and dimensions of the products purchased.

Very large orders may require shipping via DHL or a similar carrier that offers tracking/insurance. If so, we will notify the customer since this may create an additional cost. For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying any customs, import duties and/or any other charges or fees that may be incurred by importing products into your country. We cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We always make sure the proper customs paperwork is attached.
